LSMW for Unteco project

Hi All,

Kindly appreciate for your advice in how to create LSMW to mass unteco a project .

Hi Nies,

I assume you intend to do this for many projects...hence the need for LSMW.

Definitely use CJ02. This allows you to create a MS Excel file with only the project number, and you avoid the need to create a record for and process every WBS.

You should record the following sequence:

1. CJ12 > Enter project number (initial screen)

2. Click on WBS element overview icon (initial screen)

3. Click on Edit > Select > Select all (from the WBS element overview screen)

4. Click Edit > Status > Cancel close technically

5. Save.
