Hi all,
do we absolutly need to be in the NWDI.Administrator group to be able to create workspaces, integrate activities ?
Is it possible to assign a role to a user to allow him doing this ?
Thanks in advance.
Hi Elliot,
NWDI.Administrator role is not a must to create workspace, integrate activites.
You need the DTR "integrate" permission along with the "access, read, write, checkin" permissions to integrate the activities.
Workspace automatically gets created(if any worksapce does not exists or if it was deleted accidentally) when you perform a track save operation.

Hi,
You can designate any valid DTR user to perform certain tasks, using the 'privileges' and 'Access Control List' which grant or deny permissions.
Go through the 'Privileges' section,
