error in form

I am making changes to an existing prof-invoice(VF02) smartform.In order to increase a character field length from 30 to 50 characters ,I increased the width of the cell of template .After that Its not showing preveiw for certain input doc' num's .When I debug for those doc' num .After the FM call for smartform ,I see two errormsges in itab_errors.I looked for the text of those error messages in T100 .

mesagearea = ssfcomposer

mesagenums = 173, 190

The two texts are

1.Table &1 does not fit into window.

2.Cell overflow for structures (line &1 column &2).

I increased the size of the window in which the template is there.

but no difference. Still I see the same error.

I would like to know why i dont see the display for certain doc nums.

Finally I got the solution .The mistake I made is I checked the size of window on fisrt page but not on the 'next' page . anyway thankyou again.

check with ur template width & height is it corresponding to table

Hi,

please use fields with (<C) like &field1(<C)&...to condense the unnecessary spaces padded to the left of the field values.
