Control on File SIze in DMS

Hello,

Is there any way by which I can keep control on file size which gets stored in Content server ?

You can limit file size in the document type:

cross-app components->doc mgmt->control data->define doc types

field: FILELEN

Allowed size of file for saving to SAP database

This setting shows the maximum size (in bytes) of an original application file for archiving to the SAP database.

Use

The function Save to SAP becomes inactive if the field has the following values:

Blank

Hello Mark,

File size mentioned in configuration settings of Document type (field: FILELEN) is only checked when files are not stored via Kpro.

However I want to store files into content server via Kpro & need control on file size.

Please tell me how to make it possible?
