Get a good preparation (read the installation and all the notes mentioned) - this will take a day or two (or three). Then get the CDs and start your installation. If you've never done a SAP installation before I suggest you get someone that has done it. i5/OS is pretty specific and various things need to be done a bit different than on other platforms.
Certainly feasible but I would not underestimate the effort, calculate a week or even more because after installation you have to do quite some additional steps.
