Persistance in JDBC Reciever

hi all,

tell me in detail about Persistence in the JDBC Receiver. Where it is used? what is its role play?

Local:

The EO is handled in the local file system( i.e. the status informations). This was unsafe due to security concerns.

Database: message processing and status management took places inside the database itself, allowing the processing steps to have same commit cycle and eleminating any doubt in EO handling
