Overview of MDM Exam

Anybody give me some information about How the MDM Certification Exam will be. I need what are the chapters they are covering in MDM300(Print Publishing) book and MDM101(GDS).

It will be great help if you provide some example questions.

Points will be awarded for helpful anwsers.
