TNSLSNR stops during SAP start

Hi,

2 days back i have bought Reliance Netconnect Datacard .The problem is i have installed SAP succesfully on windows .But the real problem has come when the software related to Reliance Netconnect Datacard is installed.

I have installed loopback adapter as a network device . But whereas the Ipaddress of this Reliance connection is dynamic (i.e no static IPAddress)

Whenever i start SAP MMC,in middle of this process i will get a dialog saying

"TNSLSNR Has encountered a problem and needs to close" and the listener service stops and makes the workprocess to die in End state.

Do i need to make any changes to listener file or Has anyone got any idea on this?

I don´t know that software but HA solutions are usually installed using virtual hostnames -not fixed IP addresses (since they may change during a failover)...
