not able to view outbound messages in sxmb_moni

Hi,

I am trying to trigger out bound IDOCS from R/3 and send it to XI. In R/3 , IDOC is getting generated properly with the correct sender and receiver details. But I am not able to view the message in XI - sxmb_moni. No errors in runtime workbench - communication channel monitoring.

we have configured ports and RFCs required in both R/3 and XI.

Hi,

Check in Transaction "IDX5"----

> Specify the idoc number here and check the status of the idoc ...................

And also check in Adapter Engine----

> Message Monitering -

> Sepcify u r message number ...............

If everything is fine once restart the communication channel....

Also check the RFC Destination in TC "SM59"..................

And also tel me if u can see the message in CC with status delivered ...........

Reward with points if helpful

Hello,

check if IDoc is correctly send from R/3 (in idx5).

If yes check idx5 in XI also.

when i tried to run idx5 transaction in my system, it says "system is not central XI, cannot start program"

Hello,

more important is to run idx5 in R/3 to see if IDoc is really send.

If it's send it could also be a problem with the metadata.

You can find the corresponding RFC (for loading the metadata) in idx2. Test this connection normal and with an authorization-test (in sm59).

check transaction SM58 in XI

Check for all user: put * in user field

Check for last few days..

If Idoc generated successfully in R/3 then you can found Idoc in SM58 in XI

i think you are referring to the queue details in sxmb_moni, but the issue is we are not able to view messages in sxmb_moni
