Can any one explaine me ...The changes made from sp 9 to SP14 AND XI 3.0 TO PI 7.0?

Just write Lookup in the SND Home page Search Text Filed and click on <b>GO</b>
you will get lot of link on the same:-) So take the benefit of this:-)
