Automatic UD

I am trying automatic UD but its not working.

In config i maintained time for AUto UD and also set the indicator auto ud in material master but after that also its not taking UD automatically of the lot after i have done result recording of all the chars (all are within tolerance).

Hello Sandip,

did you set the indicator prior to creating the inspection lot or afterwards?

If you did this after creating the inspection lot then this flag is only taken into consideration for inspection lots created after the change in the material master.

There is a field in the QALS table QALS-STAT08 which indicates if the Auto UD can be made.

Check the following in config

- did you enter waiting time in days/min?

If so please wait till thatb tome to get the UD for that insp lot

Once it is qualified as per the waiting time and RR is correct, then it will pick up in the report - QA17.

In this once you set the background job, system will pickup the lots which are qiualified and do the ud. hence you need to define background job on regular basis...that will solve yr problem.

In case there is a problem in backgroudn job thyne manually u can do it in

QA 10 also.
