How to create LIcense Key on Sap Market place ? what should be requred for entire process

Hi Arpan,

You can get the key in service market place i.e http://service.sap.com

Then go to Keys & Request tab. It will show you a option for

requesting a new key.Here you have to give ur hardware key

u can get this in the transaction SLICENSE. Then SAP will revert u

with the key which u can apply it in your system through the same

transaction. But the ossid which u r using to request the key should

have the permissions to request the key.

To install a new system first you have to add the system in

solution manager and then generate the key through solution manager.

Hi Arpan,

Information about requesting the license key from SAP is available in the SAP Service Marketplace under the Quick Link /licensekey and in SAP Note 94998.

License can be created from teh following path.

this will be done my the SAP BASIS Admin.

You would require the SID, system name and the system number for the entire process

Service.sap.com>Keys & Requests> License keys
