Subscription and Personalization links on the Alert inbox are not working

Dear experts,

I have the XI alerts set up and working fine. But the Subscription and Personalization links on the Alert inbox are not working. if click on Subscription or personalization it is giving the following error

Business Server Page (BSP) error

What happened?

Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error.

SAP Note

The following error text was processed in the system:

BSP exception: Application sap/alertpersonalize_rules cannot be started. Create an application node using Transaction SICF.

If somebody known the solution please help me out

We need to run this program with the BSP Name to activate the bsp's in XI
