Iam stater to WEB DYNPRO Applications

Hi ,I have 3Yrs of Expereince in SAP-ABAP and i also have 1+ yrs of Experience in Web technology,

Now i want to take help to work on web dynpro abap ,

By surfing i found some materials for it.

First what i need to know is: whether we need any seprate configuration setting for webdynpro other that ABAP.

if yes can i confifure myself by surfing net.if no configuration is needed how iam able to work on examples and how i can see webdynpro objects.

Please give me some references and websites where i can get help.
