output determination

hi

my scenario regarding to output determination, i am having 10 shipping conditions. i need delivery output determiantion only for 5 shipping conditions . is it possible in standard system. if yes how? if no what wil be the alternative?

Hi ,

I don't think we can do it thru std SAP but This can be very well meet thru Requirement Routine . U have to code few line in the Routine asign to ur Output type in Output determination Procudure .

Like check if shiiping condition is a,b,c,d,e,f if not don't allow to execute output type .

This kind of coding needs to be done .

Yes,it is.

Create condition table as shipping conditions one of the criteria,and then maintain this in output determination procedure,after all maintain condtion record through VV21.You have shiiping conditions in the delivery document Header level Shipment tab.

So whenever system finds the shipping conditions relevent to output record then it will trigger automatically.
