SAP xMII Workbench 12.0 question

Hi All,

What is the server file path for The created projects and other objects (query templates ,display templates....)

Are they deployed as . xml,.trx files or .class files in the WAS??

I tried searching in usr folder but i didn't get any clue.

Vamsi,

Rick is correct, they are stored in the CM database of NetWeaver...they do however have extensions on them. If you are curious what they are, simply use the export feature built into the workbench (Right-Click, select Export). With that said there's no real reason to know what they are. You can export/import entire projects as zipped archives via the xMII Menu.

I have been seraching in the <<usr>> folder all the day with different tools.

Query template Display template comes under one server path like QT folder and DT folder and same applies for Transactions.But for created projects it will be stored under server name seperate folder.Please let me know if you have any more doubts.

Don't think of these as "true" folders in xMII 12 - they are "virtual" folders that reside in the xMII database that are dynamically deployed to the file system as needed.
