HTTP Test tool - log in failure

Hello,

learning how to use XI brings me now to the Plain HTTP adapter.

I have saved the test tool to send HTTP data provided by Stefan Grube on my system and treid to use it.

Result: Independent from using the anonymous log on user in the service adapter_plain the only answer is the nice pop up for the login. Very funny: the screen does not accept correct log ons and in result screen the tool tells me that the login for user XIAPPLUSER failed.

When trying to log on with this user in RWB e.g. it is fine, so the pwd cannot be wrong using the test tool!

Anybody else who had this problem or could help?

Now it is working!

Solution:

Why do SAP use log on language D in the test tool?

Changing to EN enabled the tool to run successful! )

XIAPPLUSER is set to log on in language english!

Hi Dirk,

Go to SU01 and check whether your XIAPPLUSER has been locked. If so release it and then check your application again.
