Fiscal Year Is Not Calander Year - IDES

Hi Folks,

Another question for you please

The IDES box I am using for some prototyping has not been maintained / kept up to date for the MMPV posting periods.

The current fiscal year is showing as period 2 2004 whilst the calander year is 2007.

Does anybody know how to close the periods from 2004 onwards, it appears that MMPV does not allow to close periods this far back.

Have checked everything else and all looks as expected, just can not close these 'old' periods as the fiscal year does not equal the calander year, goes too far back.

Any ideas ?.

Hi try with MMRV open periods and MMPV

hi mill,

if the error message is of warning message press enter then u can continue with closing periods in MMPV.

if not the u have to change the system date to 2004 december 31 and do MMPV for the periods and after that change the system date to dec 31 2005 and do MMPV for year 2005 and so on till 2007

by both the ways u can update the posting periods
