liberation support package for solution manager

hello, i send two support package the basket in market place, When I consult the list appear pending aprovacion, I understand that we must release them by solution manager, Anyone can guide me how to do it? I go to the transaction solution_manager But I do not see as release

Hola Juan, ya logre ver como los libero pero no veo mi basket porque me dice el siguiente mensaje:

Diagnosis

An S user must be assigned to all users of a product maintenance transaction.

Assign an S user to your user with the IMG activity 'Assign S User for SAP Support Portal Functionality (SOLMAN_PROFILE_PARAM)'.

sin embargo entre con el usuario de la persona que estaba anterior a mi y si ve los que el envio en una oportunidad, sera que tengo que asociar mi usuarios a algun RFC ó a unos parametros del sistema y asi porder ver los archivos que mando con mi usuario

cuando se instalo el Solution manager se instalo el maintenance optimizer de una vez, e incluso ya han descargado support package desde alli, pero yo no tengo el conocimiento adecuado y por ello no puedo liberarlos para verlos en la lista del basket. No se si la liberacion por solution manager este atada a un usuario en especifico o todos los usuarios con sap_all puedan hacerlo¿?, me podrias por favor ayudar a liberarlos

Hola Luis,

DSWP -> click on Change Management -> Support Pack Stacks -> click on Maintenance Optimizer -> Select System -> Select files (If the files to download are already in the basket skip this step) -> Here in step3 you can approve and download the files on your basket.

hello Juan, Already install the maintenance optimizer, already been downloaded the support package in other days, But I am new to this and I did not have the training for this. Juan one question, you speak spanish? }

Por supuesto... pero el lenguage del SDN es ingles.... asi que cuentame en que te puedo ayudar en Ingles... si no escribelo en Espanol y yo lo traduzco.

You need to setup Maintenance optimizer in your Solution Manager.

You'll find the installation Guide at SAP Marketplace
