After a system copy I've this error and I can't login.

Solaris 10 UltraSPARC, Oracle 9.2.0.7, SAP R/3 46.C, Kernel 4.6D EXT

I'm still running R3SETUP that ask DDIC password...

If I login in Oracle I can select SAPR3.* tables.

Regards.

I had a similar issue in the past. There was a missing link for locale FR (for french). I had to link it to locale FR.ISO8859-1 . If you don't use any foreign language, you won't get this problem.

in my case, I created this directory:

/usr/lib/locale/fr/sparcv9

Then, I created a link:

cd /usr/lib/locale/fr/sparcv9

ln ../../fr_FR.ISO8859-1/sparcv9/fr_FR.ISO8859-1.so.2 fr.so.2

If you use other languages, you might need to do a similar "stunt".

I hope this helps.
