issue of auto invoice before pgi

HI experts,

we are in is-retailing

im facing issue that ,

invoice happening automatically for gift vocher ( service item having delivery) immidiatly after delivery before PGI.

we r fallowing auto delivery,

delivery related billing in item cat,

plz give me solution to the same,

Hi,

In VTFL at header level use stadard copying requirement 011 instead of 003.

This will solve your problem

Use of 011:-

If your customer would like to be able to receive their invoice with their shipment, you may need to create the invoice while picking and packing the item in order for the document to be placed inside the final package. You do not, however, actually post goods issue until the box leaves the facility, which may occur later. As a result, you need to be able to issue the invoice prior to the actual goods issue from inventory. This requirement can be used to allow you to generate the invoice early for inclusion in the package.

Hi

In VTFL, you have to make the copying reqmt as 003 which checks the goods movement status also. If this is not done, then it may give the problem.

So please confirm at document type (header level) in VTFL, from delivery doc to invoice doc, the copying reqmt is 003.
