Hello all,
We are running SUS-MM and I configured the event CONF_FOR_PO_NOT_CREATED. When the deadline of the event is passed a mail is generated.
In transaction SOST I don't have a subject line and the text of the mail content is partially in German and English.
Where would I configure the 1) Subject line and 2) the content of the mail.
Cheers,
Franz
Hi
Please see related SAP Consulting OSS Notes ->
Note 888597 Connecting PS to the SRM Event Framework
Note 884905 No SUS alerts displayed in BP SuCo 2.0
Do let me know. Hope this will help.

Hi
You can customize these Events:
ASN_FOR_PO_NOT_CREATED
CONF_FOR_PO_NOT_CREATED
CONF_FOR_PO_NOT_CREATED
INV_FOR_PO_NOT_CREATED
PCO_FOR_PO_NOT_CREATED
PO_NOT_VIEWED
For each of the events you can customize whether to trigger an alert
or a notification in case the event occurs. When defining an alert you
can furthermore specify in subcategory the alert category from
transaction ALRTCATDEF. Thereby you can customize in the alert
category which text to display and for instance optional additional
receivers, who will always get an alert when this is triggered.
As a technical prerequisite for triggering alerts and notifications, thereport on deadline monitoring must be scheduled as a background job:
IMG: Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> SAP Business Workflow -> Maintain Standard Settings for SAP Business Workflow -> Maintain Runtime Environment -> Schedule Background Job for Deadline Monitoring
See related links ->
Do let me know.

Hello Atul,
The alerts and notifications are created via Alert management AND NOT workflow.
Meaning I do have entries in SOST, but these are not coming from workflow and thus I cannot change and work item text.
When running transaction ALRTCATDEF I can see 'some texts' - but these are not the ones I'm getting in my SAP Inbox (SOST).
Cheers,
Franz
