EVA Analysis-POC

Hi,

I want POC, BCWS, to be displayed in transaction CNE5...but all tables are showing values Zero. I have done following customizing settings,

1.Maintain Progress Version

2.in Progress version, POC weighting is weight(active project)

and EV Basis is Cost Plan.

3.Define Statistical Key figure for Percentage of completion.

4. Maintain Value Category

5. Assign SKF to value Category

6. Maintained Measurement method in progress in CJ20n.

7. Mentioned POC weighting.

8. Network is confirmed.

9. Run CNE1

10. in CNE5 profile taken is EVA

is there any step missing.

Hi Pravin.

Just a short guess without digging deeper: Did you do a project settlement before doing the progress analysis? Data is coming from the project info data base...

dear Jens,

I guess Progress analysis can be carried out any time during execution of project. It is not mandatory for project settlement to be carried out for getting POC.

Please give me solution for this problem

Hi Pravin.

It depends on the messurement method. The 0 progress might be the right output. Possible sources of errors:

Check the status of the project in released.

Check if you have done allocations on the network/project structure.

Rebuild project data base (CJEN).

Have you assigned a cost element group to the progress method?
