post go-live end user issues- wen the system has been throughly tested and configured and the changes are moved to the production server so that the end user can work on the new application, he may come across issues like that of master data, screen transition, BPR chnages etc.
common DC and Dv are basically to enable extension of master data to other sales areas, thus reducing wrk.
