Hello,

The medium value of bbp_wfl_security paramter behaves as per 'start condtions'

Are these start conditions maintained in swb_cond for a workflow template in which the start event is put as CHANGED for buss obj bus2121 ?

thanks

R.

workflow security parameters are not maintained in the start conditions --->

they are maintained only at the user level and the role levels.

system will use function module

BBP_PDH_WFL_SECLEVEL_GET ---> to find the security level of the user

SPRO ---> Supplier Relationship Management --->SRM Server ---> Cross - Application Basic Settings --->SAP Business Workflow --->Define Conditions For Starting workflows.

here depending on your object , you need to maintain start conditions.

Hello,

To add what Khan has said,

You can activate the worklfow with the simple start conditions initially.

e.g. SC one step approval WF WS10000129

you can use

Expression 1: &_EVT_CREATION_DATE&

Operatior : >=

Expression 2 : give suitable date eg 01.01.2007

and activate the WF

Hello Dinesh,

What should be the start events in basic data of WS10000129 ?

(for it to start when approver of medium security level makes changes in the workflow)

thanks

Hello,

I need to find more about 'medium' security level.

1) as mentioned, the start condtions will be maintained but what should be the starting event in the basic data of the workflow template for it to start when medium security level person does the change in the document ?

2) and should there be a terminating event in the current workflow so that it stops when the new workflow starts ? because otherwise there will be two workflows for the same document.

could you please guide me where should i look for the answers in sap help ?

thanks
