whats the diffrence between dynamic product selection and cross selling?
if will be greatful if you give the answer.

The product proposal differs from cross selling in that it is dependent on the customer and sales area, and is therefore displayed in the sales document as soon as you have entered a customer. Cross selling, on the other hand, is triggered by the material. In other words, the system proposes cross-selling materials according to the material or a characteristic of the material you have entered.

product selection means swapping with one mterial to another.
eg: if customer wants to change packing of the material becuse of christmas version in this scenario material swapping is used
cross selling means if customer gives order for one material we will send other material also just like dumping.
eg: in FMCG customer orders 100 cases of RIN soaps but along with this 10 cases of nirma also client send
