Hi all,

While accessing the cProjects URL, we are facing the following error message:

The following error text was processed in the system ECC : <b>Component DPR_SETTINGS is not active</b>

The error occurred on the application server 172.18.27.53_ECC_01 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

We have made setting for the Object Keys: DPR_USER_SETTINGS and DPR_USER_TEMP_SETTINGS in SU01 --> Personalization for the user.

Is anything else needs to be set that I'm missing?

Hello Vivek,

Personalization Object keys are generated depending upon the role. In PFCG when you assign role to a user and do user comparison the pesonalization object keys are generated for the user.

DPR_SETTINGS object key might be in any one of the cProject role (I dont know exactly which role).

Hi vivek,

Please check whether the following settings are intialize DPR_USER_SETTING for cProject Role.

Transaction PFCG=>Enter Cproject Role=>Personalization=>Personalization object key (DPR_USER_SETTINGS)

then,

GO TO TCODE SU01

THEN CLICK ON PERSONALIZATION TAB

AND ACTIVATE DPR_SETTING_USER
