Redetermine only one condition type values in Billing

Hi,

We have a specifc requirement from client that we need to <b>redetermine the condition values of only one condition type in billing</b>. I know that pricing type helps in redetermining but not for only one condition type. Pricing type will make the system to look for condition values of all condition types.

Hi all,

just to answer to this question - you can use 'L' condition category in the condition itself

with this you do not have to redetermine all pricing procedure (you can keep in example pricing type 'G' in copy control)

You can either create a customized pricing type. or

Use update type G if the particular condition type is a tax.

or H for freight

Check how "updation" happens for different pricing types.

Definition

Specifies how the system treats pricing data when copying documents.

At the time of billing, the following pricing types are possible:

A: Copy pricing elements and update according to scale. The system

does not determine any new condition types

redetermines the scale prices for changed delivery quantities

B: Carry out completely new pricing. The system

carries out a completely new pricing (manually entered pricing elements are not copied from the reference document)

redetermines the taxes

C: Copy manual pricing elements and carry out a new pricing

Note: You must ensure that all the condition types which can be changed manually are marked with "C" in the "Manual entries" field in the "Changes which can be made screen section.
