Problem during the start of SAP

Hii I installed SAP netweaver and iam logging into it successfully. But the problem is everytime i shutdown my server and log on again its not connecting unless i type LSNRCTL and start lsnrctl. I know there should be a way where we can turn on the sap system without typing lsnrctl in the command line everytime. Can anybody help me out

if u r on windows platform then just go to start --> programme > admintools> services there u will find a list of services check oracle tns listner service whether it is in manual start mode or what, just rght click on that service go to properties and change it to automatic, ur problem will be solve

Hi,

Use the NTSCMGR utility to install any service for auto startup

Try in the following way

<b>Ntscmgr install Listner -b “Path to your listner service” -p “service (type command which you always enter to run your listner service)”</b>

Check in Windows Service you will see the Listner service installed..

If you are running on Windows server then check whether listner services is configured for automatic restart.
