How to add text code in Notif_Create

Dear Folks,

In the Transaction code NOTIF_CREATE as per category field I am trying to choose subject from the subject field. But Text Code I want to select is missing from there. I can I add text in subject field?

Please let me know how to do it.

Dear Nabi,

For subject field

Go to spro tcode solution manager->advanced config ->scenario specific settings->service desk->define catalog code and profiles.

Here you can define the same z one to solve your purpose.

Transaction Spro

SAP Solution Manager --> Configuration --> Scenario Specific Settings --> Service Desk --> Define Catalogs, Codes and Profiles

Execute transaction Define Code Group Files

Highlight catalog I1 Catalog SLFN

Double Click Code Groups folder (on left side of the screen)

Highlight MLDDGM1 Support Desk

Double click Codes folder (on left side of the screen)

Here you can make your changes.

This is a standard step in the IMG for configuring the Service Desk. And if you know you are workig with type SLFN, it's not to hard to find yourself in the right area.
