Accessing Oracle Database from Visual Composer

Hello,

anybody succeeded in accessing an Oracle database (installed jdbc-drivers: Oracle's 10g jdbc drivers) by both portal jdbc connection framework definition and bi jdbc connection framework definition from Visual Composer?

We are on SPS12 and defined two systems in the portal landscape by using the bi jdbc template and the portal jdbc framework, same jdbc url. BI JDBC Definition (tables / views) is working, connection test for the portal jdbc definition (stored procedures) fails. System alias and user mappings for system access is provided for both systems, user mapping type is "admin, user" for both systems.

Yes, absolutely. Works fine for both bi jdbc and jdbc systems although I've had to use bi jdbc system for simple SQLs and jdbc for stored procedures.
