User authentication failed while logon to J2EE

Hi,

I am having the problem in XI System with J2EE while logon to the J2EE by using web link http://hostname:50000/useradmin/index.jsp with User ID: - J2EE_ADMIN / any user id. I am getting the error User authentication failed.

I have checked the defaultTrace.trc file where I got the following information which is given below.

Moreover I have check the User through Visual administrator but there is no any use lock.

I have also tried to logon with emergency user SAP* but still I got the same error.

So please let me know how to solve this problem.

The log you posted shows that you tried to login with user J2EE_GUEST not, as you write, with user J2EE_ADMIN.

Yes you are right but I am trying to logon with User ID :- J2EE_ADMIN only.

Can please help me out to solve this problem.

Hi,

I have solve the problem. I did the following step

1.cd /usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGS00/j2ee/admin

2. ./go

3.server -> services -> key storage

4.Select "ticketkeystore" view and press Delete view

5.restart the sap
