Hi,

I have added manually an output type to already created billing document, given communication method and all other details. But still the status is showing not processed with yellow colour. (It should become to green.) When I am trying to preview it, nothing was hapening. Whats wrong here??? Can anyone anlyze it please..

Just check whether the form assigned to the output type is active.

Also check the Dispatch time set for the output in maintained in records

Hi,

Just check if you have duly maintained the Output determination in Basic Functions. Also go to VV11 and input data.

Reward points, in cae proves helpful.
