Maintain usergroups for ACL

Hi,

does anybody know which transaction I must use to maintain usergroups for EasyDMS ?

We want to user ACL, but yet I was not able to create a new usergoup and assign userids to it.

Hi Iring,

I would like to inform you that Usergoups can only be maintained within EasyDMS.

There is no customizing in the backend system where you can edit or create new usergroups. This is due to the fact that EasyDMS can only handle usergroups which are created by EasyDMS application. No other usergroups can be used therefore.

I hope this information is usefull for you. Please create the user group in EasyDMS by using the document details screen and the "authorization tab".

But how can I assign users to a group ?

Hi Iring,

after you have create a new usergroup in EasyDMS, you should be able to see the

group in the list. Now you can choose this group and by pressing the edit key you get a pop-up screen where you can add users to this group.

Also this function is only available in EasyDMS.
