Confirmation of Service - in delivery document flow

Hi

When i do the PGI for the delivery. Normally the document flow should have the Picking - Complete and the PGI Done. But in my case there is another document appearing in between these two i.e. confirmation of service completed.

I could not understand what this means and why this appearing,

can some one guide me the reason for this appearance and how to remove it.

In case some one wants the screen shot i can email it.

Hi Rakesh,

This is business process followed by your client, generally in some comapnies manual confirmation of PGI is carried out with the help of this functionality.

in standard process these are carried out automatically , before removing it i will suggest you to contact client to confirm if that can be removed.

Hi Rakesh,

Consult your ABAPer and find for perticular USEREXIT , that screen sequence is generally maintained by using BAPI, i am not sure if configuration as such exists with it.
