can anyone explain the important topics that has to be covered under sap-customer service module.i am in confusion where to start and end.

Hai

customer service willhelp you getting the informstion and what need to be done

for example

you have a scenario where your sales activity you are going to register in your system and subsequently you want to create a notification ( here customer service is used)

2. you have gdelivered some goods to your customer but he has some issue on it and he wants to express his views , comments, problem , cause etc

there you can configured as

notification -> Return sales order -> return delivery -> credit
