first from customer material info record if it not there fron customer master data if it not there from material master data if it not there we have to manually entered in sales order.

Hi to Process sales order 3 imp master data should there

Customer Master ,Material Master and Organizational Master

Plant is picked from CMIR,CMR,MMR

Hi

It will first check customer material Info Record . But one check box in TCode VOV8 I.e Read Info record should be check.

If there is no info record it will check Deliverying plant field in Ship to party Customer master record .

Third if all the above is not maintained it will pick the value from Material Master Record .

If this is also not there , then Plant will not populate automatically
