SAP XI Server New Installed, as a XI Developer How to check the Server properly working or not and where we need to check all settings?

1. Have you done the XI post installation steps?

2. Check whether you can see all the adapters in configuration time environment.
If not, import the BASIS component to design time and activate it

After XI Installation there is a XI Readiness Check Provided by SAP :
Refer these : SAP Note Number 817920 - XI Readiness Check
Note 884865 - PI/XI Admin Check
