Look for document "DATA TYPE CATALOG" referred in ES End-to-End Impl. Guide

I'm looking for the document "DATA TYPE CATALOG" that describes both global data types and core data types, referred on page 151 in the "Enterprise Services End-to-End Implementation Guide" issued April 3, 2007.

I have made many searches regarding this text string but no result for me be able to download any PDF format file yet.

Could anyone give me an idea how to get it? Thank you for your help.
