Hi Nies,

Ah yes, a familiar question to the PS community...new development for configuration in the Project System is needed, but I don't believe it is high enough priority to be funded.

You have 2 choices:

1. Change the reports you use, and eliminate the 'RemOrdPlan' value type in the 'assigned' report column.

or

2. Change the configuration at OPSV - Order Value Updating for Orders for Projects. This will only partially satisfy your requirement.

- There are 2 settings in OPSV:

+ Find your order category (category 20 is networks).

a. 'Addit.' column if ON adds the order plan to the WBS plan.

b. 'Assign Funds in Plan' column if ON adds the difference between order plan and actual costs as a commitment in the WBS assigned total. In other words the order is treated just like a purchase order commitment.

NOTE 1: Even if the indicator is OFF, once the order/network is released, the plan value will always be treated as a commitment.

NOTE 2: When the order is TECO, the actual costs, not the plan, are included in the WBS assigned value.
