GeoMap Problem(Graphic Rendering Problem..)

Hi,

I have an j2ee engine local installed with running igs.

When i run a web-dynpro project with charts i can see the charts (bar-chart) but i cant see a GEOMAP.

Since The Business Graphics application (for charts etc) is running fine, suggests that IGS server is running ok. I even could see the IGS statistics when i type the url in my browser..(http://localhost:47080)

Any Inputs...???

no, you cannot use free GIS software with GeoMap.

have you read the SAP note? There is no other way to implement GeoMap

thnks for the reply.. I have read tht note which saqys tht GIS is necessary to implement GeoMap .

are there any GIS tht are available for free..

I came to know tht grass is an open source GIS.. So Will tht be useful to test the geomap functionality. If so How can I configure tht with my IGS?

for the Geo Map you need a GIS that is not provided by SAP, see SAP note: 994568
