ESS Inbox not getting displayed

Hi,

We've got the following sytems installed on 3 diff machines:

-SAP R/3 4.7 Ent

-SAP EP6SP2

-SAP ITS

We have ESS BP deployed on the EP. But the ESS inbox (BWSP) is not getting displayed properly. The screen is full of mistakes and nothing is clickable.

Hello,

"full of mistakes" > Incomplete publish?

"nothing is clickable" > looks like missing js files?

Check if all .js are loaded in your browser.

>> javascript console OR http watcher like fiddler

Check for js errors

>> options/advanced/display notification script errors.

Incomplete publish / not up to date.

>> Check if you published all relevant and dependend templates and mimes (to the right positions)

Reduce the problem by checking generality?

>> do other services work?

>> Browser specific IE/Firefox
