Hi,

It could be because the J2EE aplication for Adapter Framework is not started. Try to see the status of this application in J2EE visual administrator under the deploy option.

Hi Rao

error code 503 stands for Service Unavailable

This code indicates the server is temporarily unable to process the client's request. A server that becomes overloaded may use this code to let the client know that it can retry the request later.

for more details on error code follow the link

http://www.web-cache.com/Writings/http-status-codes.html

your problem will be solved by restarting J2EE engine

steps to restart J2EE engine

1) run transaction SMICM

2) then in the tab administration => J2EE instance(local) =>send soft shutdown with restart

by this java engine will restart and will be up in 5-10 minutes and your problem will be solved

Hi,

Check if all the J2ee services are started. Please check this in visual administrator.

Then try restarting application using Visual Administrator Choose Server --> Services --> Deploy --> View on Application or restart the J2EE engine.

hope this will help you.

Try SAP Notes : 803145 and 807000

Hi Rao,

Just Restart your SAP MMC and try the same again. This time it must work properly.
