Is it possible Directly print smartforms to printer by background program?

Is it possible Directly print smartforms to printer by background program?

I excute this program by online, it is no problem, it can directly output the smartforms to pirnter.

But when i excute it by background, it just output to spool and spool status is "Frontend unavailable".

Presumably you a printing to a printer type F, which uses SAPlpd on the user's PC to print to the default frontend printer. As there is no user PC availble with a background process this won't print automatically. Check the printer settings in transaction SPAD and find a printer that is not type F.
