i have a AS-ABAP System and AS-JAVA system.
Can i have a single CUA for AS-ABAP system and aS-JAVA system or i should have seperate CUA for ABAP and JAVA

Yes, you can connect the JAVA user adminsitration with the Single CUA.
Make use of the JAVA UME feature for this.
