Spool request status waiting

Hi All,

When I am monitoring the spool requests using t-code sp01, one user always getting the status waiting ,it is showing that frontend unavailable (when i double click on this status) but processing completed by spool work process.

Please could any body suggest me on the same.

What kind of printer is the user printing to ?

LOCL or Remote printer ?

It's locl,status showing waiting (when i double click on the status it is showing that front end unavailable).

Hi Reddy,

In that case the problem is at the users desktop, re-install the SAPGUI on the users desktop and ensure the SAPLPD is being triggerred when the user fires a print out..

This should resolve the issue.

Also make sure you have a Printer at your local machine which is bieng set as a Default Printer.
