ITS ADMIN instance get errors by view Performance of an virtual instance

Hy,

We have 4 ITS instances (Q01, P01…) on our ITS Server.

All instances can open the webgui by using the right URL.

So every instance works well.

Only if we use ADM instance to control all other instances we have the problem

by opening the performance view of one instance (P01).

It looks that wgate can not reach agate and we get error 500.

Is it possible to reinstall only ADM instance so that the P01 will be alive for our customer?

Or how can I add a further instance into ADM Monitor without stopping the server?

Hi Daniel,

did you set adminenabled for the erroneous instance?

Are there entries in the wgate trace?

Hi Tobias,

we checked all logs and traces but no ERROR was detected.

For me it seems that the ADM instance is not well configured.

If i use Admininterface to check the "UserSessions" of instance Q01 i get a wonderful result:

If i open node P01 and try the same i get the error:

The web server extension (WGate) failed to receive a response from the IST web service.

http://jrsaits1:8080/scripts/wgate/admin.....template=sessionkill&virtualits=P01

But if I use "ping service" of the instance P01. I will be routed correctly to the login screen. So there shold be no port conflict.

Where can I reconfigure the ADM service, maybe the virtualITS entry of P01 is not valide. We found no service or configuration file to change this virtual ITS.
