CJS-30199 The CTC classes were not found after waiting for 900 seconds

during installation of SAP ECC 6.0 in the Configure CAF stage I am getting the error

CJS-30199 The CTC classes were not found after waiting for 900 seconds

I am using Solaris OS and Max DB Database

Can any one help me out how to solve this problem. I tried restarting the system restarting the J2EE engine, I am not able to connect to Visual admin. Can any one help me how to connect to J2EE engine using Visual admin.

I tried all the trouble shooting which was in the SDN and other sites for this Problem

Please stop sap.

as sidadm, clean your buffer. ipcrm remove all. start again.

Should work.
