Dear Kalvakunta

What feedback you want on cancellation? Do you want to know how to cancel those documents you mentioned?? If so, VF11 for invoice, VL09 for Delivery and VA02, give order number and enter. Now on top left, select "Sales Document" and "Delete".

But for cancelling as above, you have to ensure that no subsequent documents is created.
