Hi! Gurus,

I want the step by step procedure of XI Transport of IR and ID Objects using both File transfer and Also mainly using CMS with screen shots like school feeding guide lines because I am new to this kindly send any documents and inforation to my Mail ID: Amarsrinivas_Eli@satyam.com

For file transport refer the following steps:

Go to export tab in IR and ID adn then it wil ask wither for File transport or CMS transport.

After that it willl ask u to selct either whole softeware component version or namespace ot particular objects.

Selcet it and say complete it will generate .tpz file take that Tpz file from file server and follow the import steps in QA server.

Once you have created SLD in Dev below transport mechanism is used for transporting the obj from DEV to QA and PROD:

Transport mechanism

1. Create Technical System and Business Systems for the QA system.

2. Create Transport Groups in the Business System.

3. Create Transport Targets in the Source Business SYstem.

Your SWCV can be exported and imported using TPZ files into the IR.

The ID also use TPZ files and as the objects are imported , the business system details will be filled up .
